Sunroof rust
Noticed a couple months back that the rubber lining around the edge of the sunroof was starting to form a raised bump in the center. When i took a look under today i noticed it had rusted and when i pulled back the rubber to take a look a shit ton of rust flakes fell. i live in a tropical climate so rain is a common occurrence and the humidity causes dew to form on cars throughout the night. Gonna take it to the dealer monday. check yours out.

Rust is like Cancer. Once it starts there is no going back unless you completely remove it which involves cutting it out and welding a new piece of metal in it's place. This process comes with it's own problems that eventually lead to rust again.
I would demand the dealership give you a whole new roof otherwise you will be dealing with it again.

The sunroof on the new TSX is a piece of crap. The rubber seal on mine fell off within a week of buying the car and it leaked badly from day one. Major damage to the headliner, long, long story (search for sunroof leak, I'm sure you'll find my posts). I filed a lemon claim through an attorney, won, got $5,000 from Acura. I'm sure my (new) sunroof will not rust as I plan on selling the car soon. This car (2010 TSX V6 TECH) IS A PILE OF ****. Worst car I ever owned. I will never buy another Honda or Acura product.
