CD/stereo not working

My 04 tsx non-navi stereo is acting totally nuts. First the CD player was reading ERR when I tried to eject CD-6, then the CD/Aux button wouldn't work and the stereo started sefl switching to AM/FM and would swiitch stations every 5seconds. Then, randomly it all started to work again, until I tried to eject the CD (this time I tried a different CD: 4). Now it won't let me listen to the CD at all, completely disregards that there is a CD function. Radio works but keeps changing every 5 seconds, and turns itself off and on. I notice even the clock is acting messed. Tried resetting by disconnecting the battery, but seems to have only escalated the problem. Anyone know what the hell is going on?!?!? My car seems like it's possessed!!!!! HELP!!!

seems like your buttons on the radio are stuck or something is causing the button's to activate. take it into the dealer and see if you're under warranty.

I sort of a similar problem with my stereo too!! ) : I can't even press in my radio code when it asks too. It's sort of frozen when I try entering the numbers in it doesn't even appear & I tried the dial knob and it doesn't work. I don't know what to do .. I don't really want to take it to the dealer ..

i just had the problem last night! I went to switch from disc 4 to 5 and it showed up ERR. and then I wasn't able to eject any CDs. I AM FURIOUS RIGHT NOW! And I actually had the cd player replaced back in 2006 at Acura under warranty.. Would they repair or replace it under goodwill? And also, last night, my center console button lights went out! which made me even more pissed!

When mine went out, the first replacement also caused the radio/CD player to go out, so those could be related to this as well.

i have had a similar problem waiting to have my console serviced under the warranty and hopefully this fixes it
