My 2004 Acura TSX Turbo project... more pics will be updated....

started my tsx turbo last week... parts that are all over our shop floor:

- universal intercooler
- universal 2.5¨aluminium piping
- HKS SSQV BOV
- Tial 38mm wastegate
- RC 750cc injectors
- JVT K serie top mount cast manifold
- autometer boost gauge and oil pressure gauge
- Hondata dual ECU setup with harness and kpro
- full-race T04E Turbo .50 A/R Compressor, .63A/R Turbine
- 3¨ custom downpipe with v-band made by us...
- hummm some others misc parts....

ok I already installed intercooler, made my custom charge pipe, relocated my battery in the trunk, started the downpipe, made a little aluminium plate to install the gauge under the radio...

I will update pics as soon as I have something else to show...

Little teaser to start...

as you can see there was no more space for the fog light so I will only install the black cover around the light but def no space for the lense...

Very nice man....Have fun with it! Are you tuning it or do you have someone that will be doing the tuning?

Either way, best of luck on your project man. I'm really looking forward to seeing the results.

Looks great! (aside from the one-eye fog light, and the burnt out DRL/high-beam bulb).

Turbo > lighting. Hehehe.

I'm sure it must be nice to have access to a dyno. Good luck with the build.

w00ted - any plans for a LSD? I don't see that listed in your planned mods and as DAYTA on this forum has recently shown, that makes a huge difference in drivability of a highly powered FWD vehicle such as our TSX.

Could a replacement to the '06 bumper and have the fogs or it will still be in the way? With this turbo kit n intercooler, u might be better off getting a Mugen bumper or the Spoon one (both without fogs) but plenty of lower air cool....

Gah. A little too late. Maybe Not. Well, first off, great work on the project. The JVT cast manifold is a decently made item (I know first hand as I used to work for JVT). I know this isn't the first turbo TSX, but it's still a lot of work, and I commend you guys for that. But why the HKS SSQV BOV? Can you say flutter city?

what`s wrong with the hks bov? I had that bov on my old gt40r civic setup and liked the sound... so I kept it for this turbo kit...
