The spoiler is painted :P crystal black pearl. And I plan to leave it that color. For the sides, Im doing a little something defcon style.

i know right!! and im not doing a splitter, although that is something I can add to the lip kit later on. I plan on customizing my brothers replica mugen side skirts. I myself am not going to do it though, I need to find a shop to do it asap before life gets busy again.

Killer I was being sarcastic!! but I guess it really is hard to tell on a forum. Haha Im totally open to all opinions so its all good!! If the paint looks off, thats only because its new paint against a dirty car, and like I said, the side skirts are a work in progress. I thought you knew I was on your side already :P

light on the color? if your still talking about the paint, then I guess possibly. But I got my lip kit painted at a reputable shop, at the same time I was getting scratches, door dings etc. fixed up too. He did a perfect paint match on the scratches/dings, and he used the same paint for the lip kit...so if it looks off it should be because of the new polished paint on the lip against the older paint on my car.

I understand exactly what you are trying to say. I wish there was a way to make the lip kit look less "attached" to the car but I dont think there is anyway, especially with a white car, the lines of the lip are so noticeable.

My car is finally back in summer mode. Wheels are simply repainted a silver/gunmetal color, got some rays duralugs, hub centric rings and calipers are painted silver. Much thanks to forum member Danew for providing the services!

Honestly, I miss having a classic black wheel, but its a hard color to maintain and half the time it just looks like Im rollin on 19" steelies cause they get dirty so easily. Positive and negative comments are welcome, dont hestitate. Thanks guys.

the new job for the wheel is super well done, although you lost the "panda" look, i think it maintained a great theme since you got some black lugs. over all, i love it.


on a side note, when viewing the front lip sideways, do you feel that it sort of look like it has a chin since the rep. sticks out a bit more than the oem?

I know exactly what you mean about the chin, and I took some side shots so you can see it too. It does exist..but I have no choice but to live with it cause its on my car now haha. I think its ok though..so far none of my friends mentioned anything about it protruding too much, even when I specifically mentioned it to them.

I didnt paint the amber corners, its just tint. I thought about black emblems and even red emblems but I decided Im going to stick with silver.

I know what you mean. The painter said though that its just because its fresh, polished paint of the lip against older paint on my car. Hopefully hes right. I know pearl white is an incredibly hard color to paint match though.
