@ the heat. good showing considering the factors, can't wait to see what you get once you have the new stuff.

Huh? no correction method or engine rpm either. You need to go find another dyno shop the next time.

Beyond the Mugen vs Comptech part difference, did you check how much boost you're getting? It could be that you're not at the 5-6psi you're supposed to be getting.
Yeah, you're numbers do seem a little low, especially for an 06. But then again, it looks like it was pretty hot when you ran the dyno. I would look into getting boost gauge or maybe see if the dyno can read boost levels too. Make sure that you're getting proper boost levels.

Also, make sure that the belt has enough tension. Sometimes a loose belt can cause lower boost levels too. Do you happen to know your belt size? You're running the Autotensioner setup, correct? Do you have a manual tranny?

Some descent numbers on here.. I like the variety of set ups everyone is running. A lot of info on this thread. I'm hoping to re-dyno my car soon. So I'll try and post mine up along with a video clip as soon as I get it done.... Trying for 215whp with my bolt ons..I/H/E for now..

so i been reading everyones dyno pulls.. but havent seen many AT tsx'x what is the average for those i feel mine was pretty low for what it should of been.. I have the 04 reflash dc exhaust and header,tb bypass, hondata intake manifold gasket and injen intake.. when i dyno ran it was only 178.99 hp and 141.22 tq.. i did have 93 octane in the car not sure if that makes a difference and im pretty sure the vsa was on (read it should be off) any other reason why i might not be hitting atleast 200?

Your dyno sounds pretty accurate with your mods if your dynoing on a DYNOJET...Which is pretty on point in comparisson to a DYNAPAC..And thats to the wheels.. To the crank your easily over 200hp..If you go to Church's I'm sure you'll be over 200..

cool i wasnt sure.. seemed like i should be more like 180+ and 150 tq.. of course i still need to make a fw adjustments and re-dyno.. and it was a dynojet winpep CF is uncorrected and smoothing is 5.. have to admit though the tq is solid all the way from 3Kto 7K and it was in 4th gear pull

Your relatively close to that....3k to 7k feels great in our cars.. I could only imagine if it was boosted... I got 166Tq...Out of my bolt ons...Could of got more if I had a cat....

Well I was able to get a base dyno done....finally

The dynojet I am using is elevated and set-up for RWD cars. The fans are in the wall blowing out (away from a FWD car) and they have no fan blowing on the the engine/radiator. By my second run my intake temps were well over 120*F.

So far on the car I only have:
2005 Acura TSX 6 speed Manual
removed resonator
Non Stop pulleys

I did three runs, the first run was 171.09 whp, second was 164.06 (these runs don't have the torque rating as we were trying to figure where to get the tach signal (of the three wires).
Last run we got the correct wire and were able to get the torque rating, by then the engine well rather hot, but it is still a decent base to go by, enjoy.
