6'-0" around 145. Originally I started working out when my ex and I broke up. I vowed to gain weight and work out which has been a goal of mine for years but I was lazy. The past 2 years I've been working out fairly regularly(up until the last 5 months since I moved) and gained a noticeable amount of muscle. I've also gained a few pounds from that but I am still not where I thought I'd be at this point. I am also pretty active so that doesn't help with my ridiculous metabolism.
