2010 TSX - Engine Splash Shield

Hi everyone-

I checked a curb a little hard in my '10 TSX and broke the engine splash shield. The dealer wants $250 to replace and I've found it online for $130.

What is the difficulty installing this? Does anyone have instructions on how to do so?

I hate to pay the dealer $120 in labor if it is something I can pull off by myself.

splash guard is easy just a bunch of clips its a DIY no need to pay the dealer
